We represent clients before ordinary courts and administrative courts of all instances and before the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as before arbitration courts in Poland and abroad.
We appear in all types of proceedings before ordinary courts, in civil and criminal proceedings.
We have experience in acting effectively in civil cases, including the proceedings for payment as well as commercial, employment, insurance cases, so-called “Swiss franc litigation”, registration before the National Court Register, in the cases which involve real estate issues.
In criminal proceedings, we provide defence performed by an advocate or an attorney at law, and when our client is the aggrieved party, we represent auxiliary prosecutors and persons filing private indictments.
As part of our litigation and arbitration practice, we:
– provide a legal analysis of the case, we explain the situation to the client and advise them on how to proceed at each stage of the case;
– carry out pre-trial activities, we draw up summonses, settlements and other letters, as well as negotiate with the opposing party;
– develop litigation strategies;
– represent our clients before the court at hearings, meetings and other procedural acts;
– draw up pleadings;
– conduct mediations or represent clients in mediations.
