– Legal assistance to contracting authorities
We provide appropriate solutions for contracting authorities at every stage of the public procurement process. We prepare and conduct proceedings, assist in the selection of the procedure, support the tender committees and prepare the documentation of the proceedings (e.g. terms and conditions of the tender (SWZ), draft agreement). We advise on the evaluation of contractors’ offers and the actions to be taken by the contracting authority in the procedure;
– Legal assistance to contractors
We advise and support contractors in the preparation and completion of tenders, as well as in actions taken in the course of the procedure. We advise on responses to the actions of the contracting authority and competing contractors. We assess the tender requirements and prepare the necessary documents. We check competitive offers and documentation prepared by the contracting authority, and then take appropriate legal action;
– Representation before the National Appeal Chamber and before the ordinary court
We prepare appeals, responses to appeals and other letters. We represent clients in proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber, as well as in court proceedings;
– Support in resolving disputes arising during the implementation of a public procurement contract
We provide legal assistance in resolving disputes related to the performance of public procurement contracts. We act on behalf of contractors and contracting authorities, ensuring that solutions comply with the applicable regulations and meet the needs of the client.
