We have extensive experience in providing legal advice on the application and compliance with the requirements of GDPR, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
We advise clients, prepare documentation concerning personal data processing in full or in part (depending on the client’s needs), we ensure that the requirements of GDPR be met, carry out audits, implementations and training on GDPR.
We provide clients with legal support and recommendations for appropriate action in cases of personal data protection violations.
We represent clients in proceedings conducted by the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
